The College of the Rockies Faculty Association (CORFA) is the sole bargaining agent for the faculty members of the College of the Rockies.

Our members are spread over campuses, in Cranbrook, Creston, Fernie, Golden, Invermere and Kimberley BC.

CORFA is a registered Trade Union.

CORFA is a member of the Federation of Post-Secondary Educators of British Columbia, and is affiliated with the Canadian Labour Congress and the British Columbia Federation of Labour.

CORFA’s role is to:

• Bargain your collective agreement
• Respond to inquiries related to your terms of employment
• File grievances if your rights have been violated
• Keep you informed about changes in working conditions, legislation, and government policy related to your employment
